My Maxtab Tablet has frozen and I cannot do anything..

Technical Assistance: Tablets

Please double check the Wi-Fi connection and that your Maxtab is connected to a network.

If you are connected to Wi-Fi and the problem persists, please press the Reset button located next to the power button to reset the Maxtab (please use a pin to gently press this).

Resetting the Maxtab should clear this problem.
